1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:
- The item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
- You contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The item is unused, in original packaging, and includes all accessories.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
- Used or damaged items not caused by shipping.
- Items without original packaging.
- Sale / clearance items.
- Digital goods or downloadable products.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- We will notify you via email.
- If approved, refunds are issued within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds are issued through the original payment method.
4. Replacement Policy
If your product arrived damaged or defective, we offer:
- A replacement of the same product (if in stock), or
- A store credit alternative
5. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (defective, incorrect item), we cover the cost.
- For all other cases, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.
